My Christmas stay was amazing! the staff was very friendly and helpful, they even went out of their way to bring me an ice pack for my sore knee. One of the best things about my stay was the daily maid service, my room was always clean and fresh! the free water cooler was also a nice touch and saved me money.
The power in the room automatically shut off every time I left with my key - including the fridge. This made it difficult to keep my food fresh.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. We also appreciated the fact that there was a water cooler in the lobby where we could refill our bottles, saving us from purchasing plastic water bottles. the hotel had a prompt room change policy, which was great when we encountered some issues with our initial room.
Another inconvenience was the power situation in the room. Whenever we took the key out of the holder, all the power in the room, including the fridge, would shut down.
